i recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pool area was a highlight for my family. everything from check-in to the wonderful staff made this stay truly memorable and exceeded my previous experiences in marquette.

I recently stayed at the Ramada in Marquette for two nights with my family. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. Our room opened directly to the pool via a sliding glass door. it was perfect for keeping an eye on my grandson while he swam. The beds felt really comfortable, and the cleanliness of the room impressed me. The restaurant served delicious food. I enjoyed a tasty meal, and the bartender, even being new, made an excellent martini. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, I noticed the elevator felt a bit unstable, which made me a bit uneasy. It was also disappointing that breakfast wasn't provided. a simple muffin and coffee would have been a nice touch. Still, the fresh flavored water at the front desk was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the experience was good, but there are certainly a few things to improve.

I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service from every employee at the Ramada in Marquette. They quickly assigned me a new room when the first one had a noisy air conditioner. The bell hop was super helpful, moving my things for me without any hassle. The new room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, despite the hotel showing some age. The downtown location is fantastic, with easy access to shops and restaurants and a pleasant walk to the marina. I felt safe walking around, even in the evenings. On the downside, my room felt a bit damp, which made everything seem wet. I suggest avoiding breakfast at the hotel. it’s better to explore other dining options nearby. Even with these issues, the overall experience was positive and enjoyable, thanks to the attentive staff.

I recently stayed here and loved that there were local shops and restaurants within walking distance. The nearby Ellwood A Mattson Lower Harbor Park offered a beautiful view and a peaceful escape for a morning walk.

staying at the ramada was a wonderful experience! our first-floor room with a pool view was perfect for watching our grandson have fun. the restaurant served amazing food, and the friendly bartender made fantastic martinis. the hotel's location couldn't be better, with delightful shops and restaurants just a short walk away. we also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna!
